CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the change of the Company’s name from ‘Collaborate Corporation Limited’ to ‘Carly Holdings Limited’, following receipt of shareholder approval of this special resolution at the Company’s AGM.
The Directors hold the view that the new company name better reflects the links between the core operations of the business and the parent company’s identity.
